Amazing story quirky and funny but after a while translation is terrible keeps mixing up and changing names. Still one of my favourite reads and nearly everything gets tied up in the end .

This story was 100% worth reading. I've actually laughed until I couldn't catch my breath, thanks to this amazing piece of writing. Seeing this to the end, waiting for the next chapter, and never finding anything else like it.

One of most original cultivation novels I have read till this day (have read sht tons of them over the years). Charismatic, good natured mc with nice side characters, sometimes cringe chinese comedy but at other times actually funny with very fast cultivation time wise but well spread chapter wise, foreshadowing (that sadly gets ruined by bad TL) and slight romance later in novel with like 1 chapter in few hundreds chapters and the relationship isnt actually bad unlike usual cultivation standard. The only reason I give 4 star instead of 5 is that godawful translation as Im sure many people dropped the novel cause of that

A very great novel with satisfying ending on my opinion, eventhough there are a little bit of inconsistency of one scene which I would never notice if not for someone mentioned it in the comment when I read years ago but it still managed to tie up loose end splendidly. I really love this novel because of how absurd it is with it's humor, a humor which brightened my depression days and how systematic(or detailed) the process of leveling up in cultivation in this novel. The author really know how to play with word making it super easy to understand and managed to make it very entertaining. And mc progression is very entertaining to me as he go from normal human being to a m********(a bit spoilerish so I cover it). Anyways, I really love this novel while for the manhua not so much as there are too many information that was left that make the story inconsistence or jumpy like watching it on 5x speed. Manhua is speedrunning novel like trying to catch up on chapter, in my opinion.

Great novel, I have a lot of fun every time I read it. The take on the cultivation world is really original with a lot of different places and situations. The characters are unique, with their interactions being really fun to read. The story got me quite hooked as there are a lot of mysteries surroundign the whole world and a lot of things being connected between each other, you can enjoy reading the sotory while discovering new information and connections which is quite fun in my opinion. There are serious moments but its more of a fun story so just read it to enjoy yourself 😁 Overall i'd say its one of my favourite novels and would recomend it to anyone. 😄👍

the novel is pretty good, with a lot of comedy and consistancy with very few plot holes, the only problem is that after around chapter 2200 the translation goes to shiet and they started to use MTL which is very frustrating to read over 2k chapters just to have to drop the novel because the lack of translation

One of the best novels I've ever read, this novel has a slow pace because of that it has that much chapters, the story is good, but the mainly thing that makes me love this novel was the balance betwen drama and comedy and slice of life, the novel is mainly made up of slice of life moments and the comedy is great but it has some moments that you would thing "peak". ps: The tribulation fifth promotes sixth was crazy.

Sounds like a great story to me. Sure, it seems slow and boring at first, but it turns into a roller coaster ride from there. Those who have read it will understand me. . . There are a lot of interesting characters. And, oh my god, there's even a plot. If you reread it several times, you'll notice that the author makes a lot of hints and references to future events, which are very important in between. From this we can conclude that the author has planned the whole plot in advance. Which to me is great, because it makes the "picture" whole. Oh, and of course, cultivation. Not without it. It's not boring here! The events are dynamic and modern. I like it. As for me it is a fresh look at the works of this genre. And yes, this is the fifth time I've reread this novel, also with machine translation. Seriously, if I have the patience to read it on a Chinese site with google translate, it's clearly worth it. The first time I read it was after the manhua, and at that time I found the first 100 very boring. But as you can see I read it! So - recommended!
