Read up to 651+ chapters Consistent MC, I’ve seen too many villain protagonists fall to the same cliche of turning good over time, but Gu Changge (GC) stayed true to his nature as heartless, cunning, indifferent, and a vicious parasite who leeches people’s value to his benefit and discards them once they’re used up. Only counted in 1 hand of ppl that GC has a soft spot on, but even those I’m not sure how GC truly feels, and thats a good sign of a heartless evil MC. The face slapping, courting death gets repetitive but the way its executed doesn’t get old. In terms of harem, GC handles the women pretty well, lots of emotional manipulation by GC and even the women are aware of it but let themselves be manipulated anyway since they know there’s no turning back after seeing his true nature. Plus there’s no better man other than GC in terms of looks, status, wealth, and power. Does he sleep with his women? Yes, he does when he can and wants, all in all, I recommend it.

For me this story is marvelous. . . the mc is true ruthless maybe more ruthless than from zhuo fan from magic emperor😎🥰 i love it. . . the story, the plot, the true everything is cool

I personally love the amount of details in this novel. Gu Changee is strong, but his best trait is his calculative ability. I would put him up there with the other best schemers in LNs, truly a master piece of an MC. I especially enjoy the anti-hero elements of this novel 🤭 If you're here for the plot, you'll stay for the mind games

I've read up to chapter 1500+, and the quality has dropped off (the author ran out of ideas). It's pretty decent—not good, not bad—but it's insane that a lot of people are comparing Fated Villain/Gu Changge to Reverend Insanity/Fang Yuan

Where do you read till 1500+ in here only till 931

1. Started off well, villain over powered nipping the bud and the harem no problems. 2. Messed up when the girl he r*p*d and even destroyed what she believes in even fell in love with him despite being "righteous"😂. What a joke am not dumb. 3. Made me realize that despite the females having power and being seen as intelligent could only end up being part of the harem or used as tools and the indiscriminate killing was of course male and female he didn't know. And male described well would die a terrible death while the tools(females) get haremed 😂. The author even claimed bro was here to eliminate the favoured sons and daughters more like kill and cuckold the sons and make the daughters stupid and haremed. 4. I just dropped it because of this, I had no problem with the overpowered stuff cause that's how a villain is just that the author ruined this supposed masterpiece 😂. 5. 4 stars for the first 200 chapters

Great concept, great mc, nice story; but it gets so unbelievably boring. Those that rated this novel highly either read the chapters weekly as they came out or skimmed them, because the author takes what can easily be explained in one sentence and makes it into three paragraphs minimum. The pacing is so unbelievably terrible I genuinely had to switch to the manhua for some arcs just to keep interest, and I hate manhua/manwha/manga.

2nd official Novel Review Plot 9. . 3/10 Character Development 9. 6/10 MC 9. 4/10 Fit tags? I enjoyed this novel quite a bit before, the characters were all enjoyable, however it quickly got annoying when everything falls under him without any challenge, challenge? We have the system to randomly power up to that of a God, if there's a problem he faces, its immediately fixed by the system to make him even more overpowered. Somehow his manipulation is mediocre but also works, but not in a good way, he "manipulates" and then the pieces all fall into place just cause. The only thing that could stand up to him(The main characters) are all nipped in the bud immediately because of his system. However, none of this is the real problem, the real problem is just how evil he is, he feels like a villain just to be a villain, he r*p*d someone for Christ's sake. You should know the number 1 rule, if you wanna be a respectable villain, have the lowest line which should include rape because it's a purely malice thing to do. The mc doesn't care, crazy thing is, that same girl marries the mc later, that is the definition of a bad story This just feels like a deprived story by someone who idolized villains too much and never left their emo phase, so they want to inflict as much pain and suffering on others as possible without any type of compassion. This is also a cultivation novel, meaning no one has any common sense, that already takes off a star

Let me get this straight, you knew it was a novel where the MC is a villain yet you’re complaining he is too evil? I mean does that even make sense? What kind of villain follows rules or gives a d*mn if they’re respected?

I had no issues with the novel and it was a great read but once I got to around chapter 130~ the editor/proofreader leaving comments in the novel ruined it for me. I couldn't read the novel seriously or even properly immerse myself in the actual story because of the random comments from them. If i had to compare it something I'd say it's like people shouting things out loud during a movie in a theater. Very annoying.

the names can be a mouthful but other than that, i like this novel. i like seeing our main character maintain his position as a villain without revealing himself.
go ahead and read up to 800- 820 you will understand the truth of everything
