I Became a God in a Horror Game

I read through this entirely on MTL (swiss-cheesed my brain), and despite the deux ex machina and plot-holes, it’s peak. I didn’t know I was attached to the characters until I cried and threw-up from the last few chapters.

I'm currently on chapter 170. A very interesting story, I like the background and the world building of the story and its characters, it's a great read! It's clearly like any other novel has it's flaws but it's still very good. I would recommend this to people who like mystery and action and aren't really into romance since the romance isn't the focal point of the novel (which is what makes me love this even more) (Sorry for the poor grammar, i'm latino)

Honestly speaking, one of the best novels I've ever read and my favorite, maybe I'm blinded by that very fact that I see no mistakes and everything is perfect for me. Bai Liu is the best MC for me. I think this novel deserves to be more popular.

Bai Liu is crazy, I love him. ♡ He reminds me a little of Cale, but he's not as manipulative or callous. I think it's very well written, what I did find strange is that Captain Tang forgave him so easily.

Honestly i got so involved in this i read the full mtl. It was hell with all the sh*tty pronoun changes, but boy was the story amazing. The bl part is so little but so well written, i really hope updates start again. It wasn't really horror, but as an action enjoy er it was good. Way too much deux ex machina though. The romance is slow, and rthere's a lot of funny scenes. If yuo're looking for horror, i wouldnt recc, but if you like games, good action and anti hero mc, this is great .

The Maincharacter is a smart and cunning one and it’s really refreshing to read about someone that doesn’t loose all his braincells around a woman. I’m not far in the story but I’m looking forward to seeing how he continues to use his brain :)

It's mid tbh. Not good enough for 4 stars but not bad enough for 2 stars. So 3 stars. The scenerios are very interesting and that's the one good thing about them. Characters tends to be rich in IQ and poor in sanity. Reading it gives me a minor headache over how stupid it can get at times. The villains are comically evil, but taken completely seriously. The writing is okay, but if you seek horror this isn't for you, this is an action series from top to the bottom. The "horror" ran off after the first arc. Also if you hate it when MC is always saved by deus ex don't bother reading this. 90% of the story is straight up back to back battle beyond the first arc. Just because you're duking it out in a scary location doesn't make the genre suddenly become "horror". There's some detective work but it's to hit the monster harder The characters are flat and one dimensional. Everyone has one trait/one sentence of backstory that is their entire personality and then nothing else. The stars and above content is written objectively. The personal complaint is that sometimes it becomes very edgy.

The characters are fun, the plot is deep, the philosophy hits hard and the fun never stops. This story is amazing and the twists keep coming. MC uses his brains to get his way: the perfect type of greedy b*stard I like to read about but there's no one more trustworthy to have your back than him. Join the ride, you won't regret it

This novel is well written however I find the tension extremely flawed, whilst we all know that the main character will win in the end in every novel, none is more apparent then novels like these. Over and over he’s in an “completely desolate” situation yet he always gets over it with something we’re weren’t even aware of. This repeats multiple time each arc rather than a better developed story, even each arc feels similar. This story is well written and can be enjoyable but the variety is lacking, game after game after game with miracle win after miracle win for nearly 200 chapters is just not something I can call a well planned out or well written novel.

As an unlimited flow novel this, this one have one of the best plot line, but if you are here for love line, than I am sorry, this is not a really good book for you. The actual difference between this novel and other danmei unlimited flow story, is that almost every character in this story has a full backstory, this is good, besides of a character in a novel, you will feel that they are like real people exist in reality There will be a lot of spoilers below so please think twice before you read it The reason why Mu SiChen run the fastest in this novel, is because the girl he fall in love when he was young die in a car accident, he always think that if can run faster, can he protect that girl and his best friend who also die in a car accident. Just like Mu SiChen, other character have their backstory. The reason why BaiLiu want a lot of money is because a promise he make with XieTa in the orphanage they stayed when they were young. And for those guys who think that BaiLiu(6) looks cool and treat BaiLiu good, I can tell you, he is the biggest piece of trash in this novel. This novel is a nice novel, I highly recommend you to read it <3
