A relaxing slice of life... albeit filled with plotholes near the end... but the ending feels very wholesome.

A very unique novel that has very high high’s and stretches dry but you are still able to power through it. I read 405 chapters and I do think it’s worth reading like 300 chapters, seeing him build his businesses and seeing the dynamics between the MC and his monsters. There are some moments that made me laugh and others though that had me intensely frustrated and annoyed. About the propaganda and racism, I don’t believe I reached that part but I can easily see where that can come in from the way novel is written. It does unfortunately mention china quite commonly, so be prepared to turn off your brain, although it’s not really that much. But then again, I only read half so who knows what happens. There are multiple girls some who I like a lot, others who I despise, so pick your poison I guess. Overall a 7/10. I would say it leans closer to a 6 but it’s not a bad novel. Very unique and enjoyable enough. Not every novel is going to be ASOIAF. Just know what type of novels your reading.

Chinese novels never fail to beat their Manhua counterparts... I mean how can there be such a vast difference in quality? I'm not talking about this particular novel but still...

I was searching a chinese power fantasy to switch off my brain and read but i found this gem. I truly did not expect such a good novel to exist. It has neither too much harem/romance or faceslapping it has the just right amount and although after ch 850 it would feel rushed but the author clearly tied everything. Until ch 850-870 it is a masterpiece and after ch 850-870 it is still a good novel. My rating 8/10

A suggestion to everyone trying to read this, you might have seen all the comments below, so just turn off your brain and read this. This is a light read, no sense or logic can be applied to the plot, only with that mindset you can read it.

I don't why people are commenting on racism in the novel is so bad or the propaganda is really annoying and stuff. It's mentioned in the genre itself it has racism. So you knew what you are getting into, so why complain about it later??

I think it’s because many people didn’t know. After all, no matter how good ones education is, ultimately it’s hard to know what a place on the other side of the planet is like, socially, politically, culturally, etc. Even if they are well educated about China and the ccp, they wouldn’t know what it’s like there in the modern day because they’ve never been there and experienced it. Despite the fact that people are connected through the internet, there’s still barriers, like language or laws and such. So it’s a bit of a culture shock for people in the west and other parts of the world, since they’re experiencing something different, and judging it by their own preconceived notions.

Yeah I haven't really gotten to the really racist parts yet at 170 but so far all I can think is even though it's some what random and slightly comedic the guy is such a jerk and frankly even though he is kind of good at business matters hes pretty much an *d**t when it comes to the point system.and he definitely won't do anything unless its for money but the problem is he isn't using the abilities he got well enough he acts like his business is the only way to get money and looks down on entertainment business but he could literally get ten times what he makes in his stupid business if he just uses the skills he gets from the system properly instead of just trying to scam everyone into a stupid partime job business

Is there romance? I mean, I know something happened at the end like a harem or something like that but I don't know if the main character sleeps with them or if it remains unfinished. I want to know that, if you know, tell me then, please.
