    Only 140 chapters in, but so far this novel is great. Always take reviews on these novels with a grain of salt. It's a handful of novels with low reviews on here, that I actually loved, and also a handful with nearly perfect reviews that I hated. As I said, this novel is great so far. Chapters are also long, I feel like I would've been on chapter 300 by now on any other novel.

      Is it really good?; just from the first few chapters i can tell it's one them novels where evey young master hates MC's guts for some reason and the plot is not existing, it's basically mc beats a young master and now the big bro wants revenge and now the matser wants revenge... And then the progenitor wants revenge lol

        It's really great in the lower world but once he leaves it and goes out, it becomes bit of a trash and the ending is even more weird and gets really really boring. Author tried to cram in a lot of stuff and failed to achieve cohesion is what I felt in the last part of the novel. But it was a great novel overall though. Absolutely love the first half, the novel is worth reading because of the great first half. The twist really blew my mind away.

        I don't understand xianxia readers honestly how can you read it and enjoy it the plot is just making you angry by introducing insufferable characters then killing them to satisfy the reader this cycle is literally making fun of your intelligence, IT DOES NOT MATTER how many twists and secrets are in the novel if my blood is boiling every chapter 😭

        That's literally in every Xuanhuan/Xianxia novel. If it bothers you so much, don't read it. I read these novels because they tend to have good stories and world building. If you're not into that, then just don't read it.

        I would have to disagree it's in every xianxia but not xuanhuan most xuanhuan novels are good/great you have world apocalypse online , super gene , warlock of the magus world, tales of herding gods , legendary mechanic, hail the king, monster paradise... These are the ones at the top of my head when it comes to xianxia maybe the only good one will be reverend insanity

        I wouldn't consider him to be a righteous mc. He does whatever must be done to protect his family and those close to him. He has also sneak attacked multiple times on a plethora of occasions, I don't think that's righteous. He's not one of those annoying mc's that won't kill villains. Keep in mind, I'm now only 410 chapters in, so if his character takes a change for the worse in the future, I could be wrong.

    Do not waste your time on this piece of garbage. Enemy came fked his *ss then he was raging so he let them go. Enemies came fked his mom he was raging so he let them go. Enemies came fked his whole family, fked his mouth, fked his *ss, fked his lovers, fked his grandmother then he was raging so he let them go. Stranger look at him for 2 seconds he killed the stranger. That’s the plot of this book. Fking passive, m*s*ch*st and air head MC.

    Most hateable thing about mc here is he always starts fight and that too with sneak attack . . . I never seen mc who starts fight all of sudden while talking . . . Only Villains/young masters in wuxias do this shit

    I just finished the story and I have to say that. . . I f***ing waited ~1000 chapters for the reunion of Xiao Chen and Liu Ruyue and then it is dismissed in two sentences. 20 Chapters before the end I was thinking that there has to be at least a few hundred more chapters to finish the story and I could not comprehend how it is supposed to end with such few chapters. I guess the author was not interested anymore and decided to end the story early.
