Probably one of the best things I have ever read. I haven't been able to find anything like this(much to my own dismay). The story is constantly surprising me. Every time I think I know what is going to happen, the author throws me a curve ball that leaves me in awe.

Shii is peak. Its a lil hard at times but once you get through those patchy parts its 100% gon b in your top 5 at the very least. I’m slowly encroaching on that grey button but shii I can’t stop.

For me this is Peak🔥🔥🔥. Yes I have read lotm, RI, Shadow slave. . But this is fireee. Mc got a big brain and I mean it his plans are on different levels

It is not bad just not for me! The world building, the mystery, the language and the powers are Amazing. But. . . The plot is too slow! and you can say so what? you have no patience? And you might be right! But the wait was so boring, I made it until chapter 200 and really I wasn't interested I liked the things I said at the start but I didn't find any enjoyment in this novel. When I sai ppl saying "So good" "OMg this is so peak" in the comments on the chapters I knew this novel just wasn't for me. So 3 starts from me!!! Average! A novel no matter how good is written if it is boring it is boring!

I am deducting a star out of pettiness. 2 chaps a day ain't enough lol I am A God N I demand More Chaps. Its a beautiful peace. The dialogue need more improvement. It is the only part that needs much more improvement

you can read on WebNovel where the Author posts for more chapters.

Only on chapter 404, but I can confidently say this is one of my top 3 novels. The plot of the whole story is really interesting. The author gives the information in a way that it doesnt feel like an info dump. This isn’t one of those stereotypical MCs whose next move you can predict, but it’s quite the opposite. He moves cold and calculated, doing what benefits him. It may have a slow start but it gets infinitely better, I’d definitely compare this novel with Reverend Insanity in terms of the story itself, it’s just that good.

Highly recommended. Truly one of the best novels I've ever read. I recommend it to people who are looking for a darker genre, but the story also features mysteries, fantastic world building and good fights.

Highly recommended. Probably one of the best novels of this type I've read on here. Aside from very few grammatical errors that you could count on both hands, it's near perfect in terms of legibility. I've deducted a star solely out of pettiness. The author has a way of baiting you with certain tropes that make you think the novel is going in one direction, but. . . I won't say more or I'll probably have to check the Spolier box. There are 2 particular chapters that almost made my eyeballs roll out of their sockets and a few more that were just frustrating to read (for me personally), but overall the plot solid. I would deducted a 2nd star cause the MC is disgustingly OP so your get all the negative elements that usually come with that aspect, but it's clearly expressed in the Tags so you get what you signed up for.

life never really goes as planned, author throws curveballs sometimes but if they are why as thry are or were is explained properly i would say it is good writing, but if only spoon feeding everything is prioritized then it's bad.

Ok almost 70 chapters in , I'll probably update my review later on because i decided to follow this , but i wanted to write a review cuz it's too. Good to be rated this low . . The only downside is the many mysteries and unknown that the author is always throwing at the reader but it's part of the story Everything else is Top tier I've read 100+ novels in this and different websites and i can tell you so far it's a Quality Novel , I'd say it touches lotm or ss

The Primordial Record: A Journey Cut Short There are books that invite you into a universe so vast, so rich with detail and promise, that you find yourself lost in its pages, eagerly awaiting each new twist, each new revelation. The Primordial Record was one of those books for me. From the very beginning, it was a tapestry of intricate world-building, a magic system that shimmered with depth, and characters whose fates intertwined with the threads of destiny in the most mesmerizing ways. The power levels, the antagonists, the protagonists—all woven with such care that each felt like a story in itself. The thrill of watching the main character grow, rise, and face insurmountable challenges was an experience I cherished. I could feel the weight of the worlds they traveled, the complexities of the different power systems they encountered. It was vast. Monumental, even. But here I am, giving it three stars, and I know how contradictory that might seem. It’s not because the writing faltered or because the characters lost their charm. No, the novel deserves its place among the best. If I were to judge it solely by its world-building, its magic, and its characters, it would undoubtedly belong in the top ten on the site. Every aspect of it is good. Yet, here I sit, haunted by the twist that began in Chapter 307. It’s a subjective thing, really—a single, personal hurdle that I simply couldn’t overcome. In those chapters, something pivotal happens, and for me, the delicate balance that made The Primordial Record so captivating crumbled. The character development, the story’s trajectory—it didn’t break logically, but emotionally, it struck something deep within me that I couldn’t reconcile with. It’s hard to explain without giving away spoilers, but something about the decisions made, the turn the narrative took, didn’t just jar me; it broke the foundation upon which I had built my attachment to this story. The anticipation I had for where the story was going—the ever-growing power of the protagonist, the mysteries still to be unraveled, the "Seed" I had longed to see in action—was shattered. I tried to move past it, I really did. But every time I turned the page, I couldn’t shake that feeling of disillusionment. It’s a strange thing, really, to love so much about a book and yet feel unable to continue. I wanted to know more about the worlds, to see the protagonist rise to unimaginable heights, to explore the new systems of power hinted at in the earlier chapters. There was so much left to uncover, so many secrets lurking just beyond reach. But I couldn’t. Something had shifted. And in that shift, the magic was lost for me. I know this won’t be the case for every reader. Many will pass that hurdle without a second thought and continue to enjoy the brilliance that The Primordial Record offers. I hope they do. I hope they find the answers I sought and continue the journey where I could not. And if anyone who has ventured beyond Chapter 310 is reading this, I would love to hear about what lies ahead. The power-ups, the lore, the mysteries—please share those spoilers with me, because I don’t think I’ll ever be able to read it the same way again. So, this is where I say goodbye. It’s with a heavy heart, knowing that there’s so much more waiting in the pages I’ll never turn. It’s strange to mourn something you can’t bring yourself to finish, but here I am, doing just that. To those still reading, may you find the joy that I’ve lost. And to The Primordial Record, I’ll remember the good times, even if I couldn’t make it to the end.

When Rowan awakens his fourth bloodline just saying man things got even more interesting with him entering doom star and this and that and we have more information about primordial and considering you probably haven’t gotten past chapter 310 this is all useless information. But seriously amazing novel.

I'm still in chapter 70 , and still have a long way to go till I reach chapter 310 , but i think you are quite unfair with your review... You mentioned it's a personal hurdle and it should be kept at that , i usually look at reviews to judge if a book is worth reading and sometimes i don't even read the reviews I just go over them , looking at the rating i decide if it's good or not .. and i believe it's the same for a lot of people and your review is unfair to them because this .. till now at least is hidden gem everything about it You could rate it 5 and them express your dissatisfaction but not three I don't think the book deserves it That said I'm still at the start but ... Anyway it's your opinion , no hard feelings
honestly i understand your point, but personally i never felt the plot was slow or anything, his power doesn't even fall under the system correctly that's just how absurd the beings with Strong Bloodlines are, and i feel so weird saying power or levels in this novel, because at a certain point i never saw this novel as a cultivation novel at all, it is a story to me. And personally i respect your choice but do try to give it another try you won't regret it and will even thank me.
