I have already finished this my fan translation of this novel. The best thing about this novel is the growth of everything, you can feel that this novel is Alive, although there are lot of things I didn't understand properly because I'm not proficient in tranlating mandarin. Firstly the players. Specially Ample time from a normal person with a little skill in finance to a Leader and a husband (no child) If the story continue and Ample time didn't fell in love with Dolly? Or is it Daisy? He will think of the WO as a just game and nothing else, Because of that when they invade the empire with the red soil thingy he stabilize the area he conquered insted of just haphazardly like a normal gamer would think. The growth of The Alliance, I like how the author seperate those who will go to the new era and didn't force those who don't want to. The world is kinda complicated when you don't know how to read map and location in text(ehem myself). Although things become a little complicated when Night_ten travel to Gaia, with the aliens there using psychic and what not. And the revelation of the creator flipping a page of paper and the complicated terminology for the cat in a box. The most depressing arc in this novel is definitely the Red Soil Arc. My personal fav is the Torch Arc. That arc have a lot of combat. But my favorite chapter is the Wave where they battle waves of Mutant and evolve body. It's just a pity there is no side chapters to explain all the unexplainable things and POV of different characters

writing this with ch. 161 being the latest overall I'd say this is an enjoyable read. -solid character cast with more than just one MC and everyone else being useless extras. the side-characters and players have personality and they actually matter -the world setting seems well-put-together -very few translation/grammar errors compared to average -good combination of fight, comedy, and chill scenes -the author seems to have put a great deal of effort for things to make sense, like when players progress through the technology tree

This novel is amazing, great kingdom building going on, and so far no flat out romance or harems. Translation - It's higher up in terms of translation quality with you even being able to understand some complex topics and terms after translation. Plot/Lore - The way the plot and lore is told and revealed piece by piece is very satisfying and also intriguing. And the way that elements of modernity and the wasteland trope comes together is not only a great idea but also great execution from the author. Characters - MC is just a great MC, he has a great head on his shoulders. The side characters, namely the players and survivors in the world, are both executed and written so well that their interactions and existence just come together perfectly. They have their own roles and do great at being both comedic reliefs and also relatable to readers who may game. Pacing - For me? The pacing is great, the information is told and revealed at an understandable length throughout the novel. The author doesn't forget characters and the side characters along with MC themselves have their own character development at times. System - The system isn't really the main focus of the novel, and it's more on MC's decisions and his planning that really captures the spotlight. The system is useful in helping the reader align themselves with the plot and pacing, as there are "side" and "main" storyline missions for MC to tackle. Potential Cons - There are some parts of the novel where the author sort of blabbers about science, economy, and other topics which could confuse you. These information dumps aren't for everyone but you could actually learn a lot for those who are intrigued, as these information dumps are understandable to a basic degree. Overall - I highly recommend and propel anybody that chances upon this novel to check it out. You're probably used to Chinese novels being below par or repetitive (especially xianxia), but this one is definitely a diamond in the rough in terms of plot and story.

The translation is very good, the story is very comical. Unfortunately some characters are stuck in an infinite role saying the same thing everytime. It still good tho and deserve 5/5.

The idea is very interesting, and the writing is good too, but it does drag on a bit at some parts. However, it is quite entertaining, and I recommend giving it a read.

It's very interesting, it's like a combination of *All my disciples sucks* and *The legendary mechanic* very interesting indeed, entertaining and with some good action scenes. Of course it's not as good as TLM, but it does have similarities in the story.

Fully caught up (ch 105) and I can say it’s pretty good. It’s like the mc is a game dev and a Fallout 3 vault admin at the same time. Other then being somewhat predictable it’s a good read, would recommend it.

Normally I dont enjoy post apocalyptic genres, but this one is pretty fucking good. The MC who is a transmigrator to another world has the ability to bring Players to the new world to help by telling them it is a a hyper realistic video game that is currently in Alpha Testing. Allowing him to utilise their labor and a player's grindset to develop and strengthen the outpost.

This is pretty good and I would recommend this for anyone to try. Its concept is very unique but there are some plot holes. For example, why do the players work hard? Like I know it's Virtual Reality but they don't question or complain about work. I can understand if they're hunting but some players do labor. If the players just work all day at the game, then wouldn't they just work at real life? They would also get money from working in real life so they might as well just do it. Anyway that's it, still pretty unique concept and would like to see more.

I remembered reading it some months ago in some sketchy site. The story is pretty entertaining. ( if you ignore the player troupes). The local forces ( Shelter, old town, Brown Farm , predators etc) are planned very well and bigger and better developed forces are interesting too.
