BONUS Final Thoughts.

Hello, dear readers, this is Bomhanbangul.

At first, I wondered when I would ever be able to finish this story, but now that it’s complete, it feels incredibly nostalgic.

There were so many things I wanted to say in the afterword while I was serializing, but now that I’m actually writing it, my mind feels blank and I can’t think of anything.

First and foremost, I want to thank the readers for reading my imperfect writing.

Even as I complete this story, which has been left abandoned for 10 years, and write this afterword, I still feel a lot of regret.

That’s because there are still some unresolved plot points in the story.

For example, the relationship with the emperor, the holy kingdom, which only appeared in the southern part of the continent, and other subplots.

Also, the moments where the heroes interact playfully with the protagonist, Kim Hyunwoo.

In fact, I had already planned all the subplots and the daily playful moments of the heroes.

However, I couldn’t include the subplots because the story progressed faster than expected, and I thought it wouldn’t be very interesting.

Since the relationships between the former heroes had already been restored and the main story was progressing smoothly, I felt like inserting a sudden substory would disrupt the flow.

More than anything, I didn’t want the main story to feel dragged out, so I decided to leave the subplots behind and focus on the main story.

As I understand it, the main theme of this story was about the heroes, abandoned for 10 years, coming back and happily interacting with the protagonist.

…Though, in that sense, the personal screen time for the characters was small because I was focusing on progressing the main story.

In fact, I plan to write side stories to fill in these gaps after taking a short break.

Of course, my main job is time-consuming, so I’m not sure if I can make the time, but I’ll try my best to find some time and work on it.

And to the readers who have always left comments, thank you so much.

I’m really happy to experience that same excitement I felt when I was in middle school, receiving comments on Joara’s parodies.

And I really want to thank the readers who supported me.

Especially, one supporter wrote that reading my story made them enjoy reading again after the donation messages hadn’t been blocked, and that made me really happy.

The fact that my story could be an inspiration to someone truly filled my heart with joy.

Thank you so much.

…Honestly, I’m not sure how to end this since I’ve been writing it without a clear structure. ^^;

So, I’ll end with a simple farewell.

Thank you so much for reading and enjoying my imperfect writing.

The past six months of serialization, which I spent with the readers, had its difficult moments, but there were far more joyful times, so I’ll remember these six months as wonderful memories.

Thank you so much for the good memories.

Sincerely, Bomhanbangul.
