The Reincarnated Extra

Story started somewhat interesting, it has some good qualities, namely protagonist’s power set, some nice locations, absence of a forced romance plot, the action oriented story. What kills it for me is the writing. The writing is abysmal, author treats his readers like three year olds who need information shoved to them several times, just to remember anything. Or he just racks word count with redundant information to artificially bloat chapters and make deadlines.

Story explores a lot of different themes each arc so it is a little chaotic and a lot of chapters are forcibly drag on but I love how characters are written. Because Author wants his MC to be side character in others story, so there is a lot character building other that MC. World building is great but even after 600 episode main story is still slow in answering questions about origins of the MC. But except that most of the arcs are great and funny but for those who don't like bugs, "unjustified" discrimination and abuse or other of the strange tags I advice to not get offended by that. Also I have to address tentacle tag. There are tentacles but later on as one of MCs main weapon. So yee It's not a 5, maybe 4. 5 but I will give 5 to pull it up a little.

Not exactly a 5 but I think it's rating should be higher than current one. This story explores the themes of discrimination, perseverance, adventure and various isekai parodies with a comedic undertone. There is no major flaws in writing, the author successfully invokes strong emotions. The lowest point in the story was when she was exploited once, when she wanted to become an adventurer, it was a bit frustrating but the reasoning is understandable from a logical stand point and it turns out to be a good thing later on in the story. But this story is not for everyone, the MC's living conditions are persistently poor and there is no shortcut for world discrimination. If you are able to accept the current low circumstances and patiently enjoy the developments rather than hoping for a quick improvement, then it's good.

The story starts very interestingly, at some moments from heavy story, it is more as parody of others isekai. But author is forcing characters to do something, not because what they are build until this point, but to push his story, something like someone which is always aggressive, in one situation is polite, without any reason, only to whole story (ark) could continue as author wants. When it happen sometimes or is not important, is not problem, but more I read this story it become at most at any important step of story. So I drop it in midway. But still beginning of story is good, and overall it have some world building which is good, but because author is unable to make character which is fallowing story he want to write, it become really bad. When each page you thinking that is not something MC would do, but author to push his story, it stop be fun to read, it stop be "what she do next" and becoming "what BS author would force MC to do"

I honestly didn't expect much since it's relatively new and had a tragedy tag, but the character development, unique worldview and the FMC have hooked me in and now I realize that I can't get myself out

I like it, it's good to read and relax, it's an easy read where you don't get tired of reading. I recommend it, and also the protagonist is female, action, adventure, fantasy, magic type and also very funny, the protagonist is very charismatic.

A good novel, it's pretty unique in the way that there isn't exactly a "party" that the main character has, instead it revolves around the protag traveling from place to place. Never permanently settling down.

A very entertaining novel. There are some parts that I can see causing some people to be put off but personally I enjoyed them. Overall I can say this is an enjoyable novel and I hope to see it continued. The depressing adventures of Emi and Extra are not over yet! rated at chapter 163

local black haired Japanese girl goes from bug eating brat to gluttony incarnate. well written MC and side characters along with multiple POVs. its interesting to see how one innocent action of the MC can completely derail the plans of another character or how the other characters can screw over the MC on complete accident. would recommend. give chapters please
