If you like a novel with a morally gray MC who has both brawn and BRAIN then this is definitely for you. I have read this twice. I have only ever read 2 other WNs twice. This is highly recommended. It gets a bit rushed at the end but the quality drop is insignificant

best cultivation novel I've ever read, peak writing and character development, it was a bit rushed toward the end but overall was perfect, enjoy the journey fr goated.

Overrated. This novel contains very annoying and trash female characters, author doesn't know how to write them, he drops female character only to turn them into huge burden which ruins mc plan all the time. Also when these characters gets involved in MC's objective/plan, mc becomes stupid and creates tons of plotholes one after another. Scheme are good and mc is also smart but what's the use of good arc when the author makes them stupid and ruins the ending of each arc. It's a cultivation novel but there's hardly any cultivation, MC's cultivation is increased by author on whim and when plot demands it. It's less of a cultivation novel instead looks more like drama novel. Overall Not recommend if you don't wanna deal with annoying female character who ruins MC's plan with their stupidity, mc goes from smart to stupid during fights, major plot holes at the end of each arc's created by author to add more drama etc. .

Writing is extremely boring and predictable. Mc is making enemies at every turn and demonically cultivating to deal with them. Rinse and repeat and you have a 1000+ chapter novel. 0 world building. Characters are also extremely vengeful and stupid. I wish I could get the time I invested in this novel back (full 16 chapters xD).

It was a great experience for me , I read it after reading it’s manha and I see the novel is better but both of them with together are a great experience And overall, this trip was enjoyable, I was completely immersed in the story. ❤️

My first cultivation novel and it really led me on a journey of the dao, people need to understand that in every life zhou fan was looking for his emotional center (Chu Qingcheng) all along. While everyone was obsessed with reaching a higher path, zhou fan wanted to regress to go back to his original form one where he had her. The character development of Zhou Fan wasn't perfect but honestly that made it more human and loved, I am so happy that he found happiness in the end. Even with the rushed last arc, this story really captures the essence of overcoming the dao and truly following your heart above all. Beautiful ending as well, never have I felt such a bittersweet ending in all of fiction. Although it is sad that everyone forgot him, Qingcheng did the impossible and still remembered him as her love for him was also stronger than the ten daos. They both have such a mutual love for each other that is so hard to capture even in actual romance novels. I am giving this a 5 star not because of bias, but this story just encompassed around love and emotion throughout the novel without us really paying attention to it. We always undermined it until the end and it showed how powerful it can be even above the heavens. Truly a wonderful start to my cultivation novel marathon, although I will find it hard to find another that can grasp that same emotion of love that Qingcheng and Zhou Fan held.

I recommend reading it, it's not the best cultivation novel but Zhuofan is awesome. I RECOMMEND NOT READING THE FINAL STORY ARC, PLEASE LISTEN TO ME IT WILL RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE. Dude, the final arc of this series was a complete mess. After a well-crafted previous arc, full of strategy, character development, and intense battles, the story just falls apart. The power scaling, which used to make sense, turns into absolute chaos. Characters who were once treated as unstoppable monsters suddenly become irrelevant, while others gain ridiculous power out of nowhere. On top of that, the final resolution is a huge letdown. The story tries to justify certain choices with interesting philosophical concepts, but the execution is seriously lacking. The ending feels rushed, throwing in poorly set-up revelations that come off more like last-minute excuses to wrap things up. If you were expecting a satisfying conclusion, get ready for disappointment.

best novel so far, would recommend, especially the world and character and building, though after reading the mortal domain chapters the sacred domain feels rushed and lacks thr character building but hey its still 5 stars

Giving 1/5 stars because of rushed sacred domain Novel is divided into Mortal domain and Sacred domain with Mortal ending at 1167 chapter leaving only 138 for higher sacred domain At the end the novel is so rushed that it feels like someone is killing me The way MC speed blitz through last 4 stages of Cultivation is against the very concept of Cultivation and then further bro skips the peak stage thar everyone is chasing from beginning of time and achieves a stage after that one Absurd If you gonna pick this one just read mortal domain and skip everything else or just dont read this novel at allllll

The beginning was not bad, the character development was good but after around 1150+ chapters the new arc was not satisfying. The final arc was too short and rushed.
